Aditya Infotech Limited made a commanding entrance to public markets, listing at a 50% premium to its ₹675 IPO price. The video surveillance specialist opened at ₹1,015 on NSE and ₹1,018 on BSE, later climbing to ₹1,059 levels within the first trading hour.
The ₹1,300 crore offering saw unprecedented demand, oversubscribed 100 times with anchor investors committing ₹582 crore. Shivani Nyati of Swastika Investmart highlighted the company's VIRTUAL monopoly position, noting doubled year-on-year profits and expanding distribution networks.
